Egg 2

Salt

Ginger 1 tablespoon

Garlic 1 tablespoon

Onion 3 tablespoon

Tomato 3 tablespoon

Chilli 2 chopped

Garam masala 1 teaspoon

Turmeric 1 teaspoon

Chilli powder 2 teaspoon

Oil

In 1 steel bowl boil 1 egg ans slice into 5 thin slices.

In another bowl mix 1 egg, salt,1 teaspoon of onion and beat to make omlette.

In a pan heat oil or butter and add omlette mixture.

When its half cooked spread the cut boiled egg sheets.

Flip it when its cooked on one side.

Then switch off the flame and keep aside.

In a pan heat oil to saute ginger garlic

Add tomatoes onion and chilli choped ,mix until these become paste.

Add turmeric salt chillipowder and garam masala and mix well.

Add 1/4 cup of water and cook until it starts thickenjng.

When its fully thickened pour this mix over the omlette.

Garnish with coriander.

Enjoy it.
